Start searching for ports of interest using the Quick-Search in the middle of the website. You can also use Quick-Search at the top of the page.

While typing your port of interest, a drop-down list will give you the first results. Clicking on the name of the port will guide you to the port information page where you will be able to view all the related information.

You will find information regarding:

  • LOCODE: Code for Trade and Transport Locations; The first two letters are the country code according to ISO 3166-1 alpha-2. The location within the country is usually indicated by three more letters. If the possible combinations are not sufficient, numbers can also be used.

  • Local Time

  • Port Activity Index: Measures the number and size of vessels calling at a port. This index is useful for comparing ports. The numbers are updated every 48 hours.

  • Port Usage: Percentage of vessel types that calling at the port within the last 30 days. If a vessel calls at the port several times, it counts only once. The numbers are updated every 48 hours.

  • Tide

  • Local Weather 

  • Nearby Ports

It is also possible to receive port updates by adding an alert, tracking traffic live, and sharing the port with colleagues and friends.

When scrolling down, you get an overview of the vessels in port, the scheduled arrivals, port call history, and companies in port.
